Same-Day Service\u00a0<\/strong>
\nAll orders processed before 2pm (CA time) will be shipped the same day. Most wholesale orders are received within two working days excluding the day the order was placed.<\/p>\n

Patient Drop Ship Service<\/strong>
\nShipping orders directly to the patient\u2019s address is available for a $5.75 or $8.75 delivery fee.\u00a0 Shipments are typically sent ground delivery, but shipping may be upgraded for an additional cost.<\/p>\n

Heat Sensitive Products<\/strong>
\nWe care how you receive the products you order from us; heat sensitive and perishable products may require special shipping. For optimal freshness we recommend all refrigerated items be shipped Monday \u2013 Wednesday and preferably overnight. (Returns may not be allowed for heat sensitive items that are not shipped overnight unless the product was damaged when received and Priority Medical Supply, Inc. was properly notified.) If a customer chooses not to have heat sensitive products shipped overnight, the customer must take responsibility for the order and agree that we may not accept the return of the heat sensitive item(s).<\/p>\n
